Description: A Four Day Inter House, Sports Meet commenced in St. Peter's Academy,Patiala on 13th Nov 2019.It was declared open by Reverend Fr Vijay after hoisting of the school Flag.The Principal of the school,Reverend Father John Bosco and the esteemed member of the Management committee,Mr Satish Mahindru also graced the occasion.After the March Past by all the four Houses,the students took an oath to uphold the principles of sports and play with discipline and integrity.Father John Bosco said that sports is an integral part of education and insisted upon the children to participate in the event with the spirit of sportsmanship.On the first day various events like 100m,200m,400m,800m, track events were held along with the semifinal matches of basketball(boys).The students participated enthusiastically and enjoyed a lot.The closing of the Four Day Inter House, Sports Meet of St. Peter's Academy,Patiala was held on 16th Nov 2019.Mr Harpreet Sing Hundal,district sport officer of Patiala,was the chief guest.The students were given awards for their achievement in different fields.St Teresa House bagged the trophy of the "Best House".Mr Hundal declares the closure of sports meet.The student also presented colorful dance at the end of ceremony.
