Description:
"Be strong mentally and you can be the master of your destiny" A special assembly was conducted on the topic 'Mental Health Awareness 'on 23 July,2024 by Class 11 Commerce students. It was intended to enlighten everyone about mental health , ways to strengthen our mental health and how to be a strong support system for someone struggling with poor mental health. The main motive of the assembly was to encourage and enlighten students about what they can do to have a strong mental health and what they can do to offer support to those struggling with mental health issues. It also highlighted the importance of being kind to all , develop empathy and be there to help the ones in need of some encouragement and support. The endeavour aimed to instill new values and strengthen the minds of the young generation struggling with various psychological issues was a success.
